EXTENSION RENTALS

EXTENSION RENTAL PICKUPS:

Rentals are to be picked up on the Thursday of your wedding week between 10am-10:30am. You may send someone else for the pickup, but it must be done within our pickup window. If you miss the pickup window, you may be unable to get your rental and no refunds will be offered.

EXTENSION RENTAL RETURNS:

Rentals are to be returned on the Monday following your wedding between 10am-10:30am. You may send someone else for the return, but it must be done within our return window. If you miss the return window, you may be charged a late fee or for the entire set.

A return is incomplete with out all pieces of the rental including the hair (typically 7+ clips per set), the bag and the hanger. All items are part of the rental. Any rental returned without a bag and/or a hanger will be charged $10 to the card on file without further notice. If you do not return all pieces of the rental, we will assume you loved it and will charge your card for the full retail price of the extensions - 20% as outlined in your rental agreement. The same policy will be reflected for those who completely negate to return the extensions at all.
